For shipping within the United States
Quilt Parts will ship your package using the best suited, most efficient and economical method for your location. Whenever possible we will use US Postal Office Priority Mail with a two to three day delivery time.
For orders outside the US
Quilt Parts will ship Global Priority whenever possible. Global priority envelopes will fit 6-7 yards for $11.95 per envelope to most countries. If an international order requires a box, you will be charged whatever the post office charges me. A flat rate Priority Mail box, sent internationally, costs $37.00. If I can send two envelopes instead of a box, I will.
Other shipping information
Orders will be shipped out in 24-48 hours. I will do my best to ship same day if I receive your order by 3:00 PM CST. If you need your package in a hurry please write that in the comment section so we can get it to you as soon as possible.
Quilt Parts is not responsible for orders lost by USPS. You may request insurance or delivery confirmation in the comments section if you like. For orders over $100, insurance is required.
The following chart is a guideline only. You will only be charged the amount it costs us to ship your package. All shipping charges on your invoice are approximate. We can put about 7 yards of fabric into a Priority Flat Rate Envelope ($4.80). Priority boxes, we can fit 20+ yards, usually ($9.80 up to 70 lbs). Flannel fabrics are bulkier so shipping could be more. Orders over $500, we will split shipping with you!

Returns
Quilt Parts cannot accept returns on patterns or books due to copyright issues. Cut fabrics are non-refundable. Notions may be returned only if they are sealed in their original packaging. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. If there is a problem with your order please email me immediately. If there is an error on our part, it will be corrected. All sales are final 21 days from original purchase date.
